Questions to Ask When Buying a Home

There is a lot of work finding the right home for you and your family. It is a major commitment you are making, becoming a homeowner, and you want to make sure you are making the right choice. As you tour homes and start narrowing down your search, here are some questions to ask before putting down an offer:

  • Why is the owner selling?
  • Talk with the neighbors
  • How long has it been vacant
  • Check the water pressure and make sure they are draining
