Today’s world is chaotic with deadlines, obligations, and other responsibilities, but when was the last time you took some time for yourself to pursue a hobby or creative side project? You know, something that brings you pleasure.
Evidence shows that people who are actively engaged in a hobby live healthier lives and lower their risks of getting depression and dementia. Hobbies are also a great way to build your self-esteem and become more motivated in both your professional and personal lives.
Taking time to enjoy the outdoors through boating, camping, and fishing are just a few of the activities that bring me joy. I have always loved being outside and find it is through the simplicity of sitting around a camp fire or hiking can help me be more productive.
